MissionWired First Contract Bargaining: Report #12

Today, the CWA Local 2336 Bargaining Committee reported:

Hello fellow members:

Your CWA bargaining committee met with MissionWired today for  another negotiation session.  The Union passed 3 counterproposals on JOB POSTINGS AND PROMOTIONS; DISABILITY ACCOMMODATION;  RELIGIOUS ACCOMMODATION and DISCIPLINE AND PIP.  MissionWired agreed to the changes the Union made in JOB POSTINGS AND PROMOTIONS so that gets added to our list of tentative agreements.  

The Union agreed to accept changes made in MissionWired’s counter for CLIENT AND INTERNAL MEALS. 

Your bargaining committee continues to work on an Artificial Intelligence proposal.  If there are ways your job functions have been impacted please let your bargaining committee know.

The Bargaining committees are scheduled to meet next on Thursday, November 7, 2024.
