AT&T Legacy T 

Early bargaining with AT&T opened on Monday, January 12, 2026.

On Thursday, January 29, the T&T Legacy T Bargaining Committee reached an early agreement with the Company. Check out the details here:

AT&T MOBILITY: Orange Contract

AT&T Mobility bargaining for the Orange contract opened on January 12, 2026. The Bargaining Team met with the Company throughout the month, and members mobilized to tell AT&T we are ALL IN for a fair contract. 

Local 2009 AT&T Mobility members working in WV mobilized for Orange Contract Bargaining.

CWA Local 2201 members in Virginia tell AT&T they are ALL IN for a fair contract.

In the latest bargaining update, CWA reported that every proposal AT&T has put on the table is retrogressive.

COMCAST (Corliss) 

CWA Local 13000 Corliss bargaining unit members overwhelmingly ratified a three-year agreement with Comcast. Check out the full report.

CONSOLIDATED COMMUNICATIONS, INC. (CLEC)

The CWA Local 13000 Bargaining Committee met with CCI for three days in January, from which they reached a tentative agreement for the CLEC bargaining unit. 

Watch for information regarding contract discussion and ratification vote.

DCCC

In a Press Release issued this month, CWA Local 2336’s Bargaining Team was proud to announce the unanimous ratification of DCCC members’ first contract.

EVERYACTION/BONTERRA

On Thursday, January 29, CWA’s Bargaining Committee announced a tentative agreement with EveryAction/Bonterra.

GRAPHIC AUDIO

Negotiations with Graphic Audio for the first contract with CWA Local 2108 started late last year. In the latest report, the Graphic Audio Union (GAU) shared details of the proposals and issues at the bargaining table.

PIEDMONT

Last month, the CWA-Piedmont Bargaining Committee released an update to the status their mediation. The mediator outlined the bargaining process moving forward as he directs. Additional bargaining dates were scheduled.

ZENIMAX-ZSSU

When negotiations with ZeniMax opened this month, the CWA Local 2108 ZSSU bargaining committee reported: “The Employer neither presented any proposals or proposed any counter during our meeting, despite having over an hour of caucus time.”
