NOTICE TO ALL DISTRICT 2-13 MEMBERS-COURT INJUNCTION TERMS

As you were previously advised, injunctions have been entered in Pennsylvania and Delaware setting limits on certain strike-related activities. In case there is any misunderstanding about the terms of these orders, please see the summary of the rules applicable in Pennsylvania (here) and Delaware (here) and a copy of the orders (here, here and here). CWA expects that all union members will respect and follow the law. Violence or intimidating conduct in any form should never take place.
