CWA Local 13101 in Delaware represents the 911 dispatchers and civilian employees of the State of Delaware, as well as wastewater treatment workers in Kent County, DE and social workers in the Delaware Department of Health and Special Services - Division of Services for Aging and Adults with Physical Disabilities. In February 2024, employees at Delaware's Office of State Bank Commissioner (OSBC) workers voted for CWA to be their union.
