LifePath 2017 Bargaining: Report 10

The PA State Legislature has passed, and Governor Wolf has signed legislation providing funding for the State Budget on October 30, 2017. The parties have agreed to modify our temporary extension to expire December 8, 2017. This extension was required due to scheduling conflicts of both parties. Bargaining is scheduled to resume Monday, November 27th and continue, if necessary, Tuesday November 28, Thursday, November 30 and Friday, December 1, 2017.

Wednesday, November 29th we will be in arbitration with LifePath addressing yet another unfair and improper termination of a fellow CWA member. This will be the second arbitration where CWA is challenging an improper termination by LifePath this month alone.

We have also entered into a new Holiday Incentive Trial Agreement for this upcoming Christmas and New Year Day Holidays. We have attached copies of the Extension Agreement and Holiday Incentive trial.
