CCI-ILEC 2023 Bargaining Report #5
On Wednesday, August 30, the CWA Local 13000 Bargaining Committee reported:
During today’s sessions we made proposals to stop company attacks on your sickness and disability benefits and your performance bonus. The company also continues to make proposals which include negative changes to scheduling language, overtime administration, job bidding, and others. It becomes more apparent with each bargaining session that the company has no respect for its employees or the work that you do.
In Unity,
Your Bargaining Committee
