The CWA Local 13000 Bargaining Committee reports:
The Union committee met with the company several times, both at the table and off table, October 5, 2021, in an effort to resolve our remaining issues. We are happy to say that after nearly a year of fighting with the company we have reached an agreement. Changes to the contract include:
Annual GWIs of 2%
Wage adjustments prior to the first GWI
Lump sum payment of $500
Full retroactivity
Improved meal break allowance
Improved training language
Improved bereavement leave
Improved standby pay
New shift differential language
New temporary assignment language
A summer overtime trial

The committee thanks you for your support as we fought with the company through the last 11 months. We recommend ratification of the new Agreement
