American Red Cross – National Addendum
The Red Cross Coalition reached a 3-year tentative agreement. Please reach out to your Local office for a summary and ratification voting information.
Frontier PA
The Frontier PA Bargaining Committee agreed to extend the contract expiration date to December 14, 2024 while negotiations continue.
INOVA
CWA Local 2252’s bargaining committee agreed to extend the current contract with INOVA/ASHN to January 2, 2025. Stay in touch with the Local for updates.
LifePath
In November, the Bargaining Committee reached a tentative agreement with LifePath. The ratification vote was scheduled for December 20. Reach out to Local 13500 for the latest news.
Earlier this month, CWA Local 13500 signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with LifePath over Holiday Incentive Pay:
MissionWired
The Local 2336 Bargaining Committee met with MissionWired throughout the month. In the latest report, the Committee shared: “The Union has now moved into passing proposals on different leaves and part of the economics with different paid time off. Soon we will be addressing wages and benefits after the new year and need everyone involved.”
MissionWired employees voted to join CWA in March 2023 as part of the CODE-CWA movement. The Bargaining Committee is negotiating the first union contract for the new members.
Piedmont
The bargaining committee met with Piedmont during the week of December 9th. The Bargaining Committee reported: “The Company presented an economic proposal. The Union presented proposals on Vacation and Holidays, as well as a counter to the Company’s economic proposal. We were able to make progress, however we are not near an agreement.”

Pittsburgh Post-Gazette
CWA reported that striking Pittsburgh Post-Gazette members “are finally getting their day in court." After over two years on strike, a federal judge will hear arguments to compel the Post-Gazette to pay for workers’ health care.
