In February 2024, two branches of Wells Fargo voted to unionize with CWA District 2-13 with the support of Wells Fargo Workers United.

The Wilmington, DE branch will be represented by CWA Local 13101.

The Virginia Beach, VA branch will be represented by CWA Local 2201.

The Havertown, PA branch will be represented by CWA Local 13000.
