Piedmont
The Bargaining Committee met with Piedmont on September 17-19. The Committee reported:
The Company began the session by providing an economic proposal, which covered wages and other economic articles. The Company has yet to respond to our proposal on profit sharing, which is the same as other AAG units. The Union responded to all the economic proposals.
While we had meaningful discussions and did reach an agreement on Seniority there are still some language items where we can’t agree, and we are very far apart on wages, holidays and vacation.
