After delays surrounding the PA State Budget, the CWA Local 13500 Bargaining Team has scheduled bargaining session with LifePath in November. The current contract will remain in full force and effect during negotiations.

District 2-13 Bargaining News: May 2024

Brightspeed and Optimum members mobilized while negotiation over the ARC National Addendum continued. Agreements were signed to increase wages for members at the Community College of Baltimore and LifePath. All parties have signed the MWAA contract. CWA highlights the committed strikers at Pittsburgh Post-Gazette. The first report was issued from Precision Strategies negotiations.

November 2023 Bargaining Round Up

Brightspeed members ratified a 5-year contract! Bargaining with American Airlines, Comcast, and Piedmont continued in November. AFGE members rallied to enforce their new contract, and LifePath members have a new MOA. A virtual rally was held to support Pittsburgh Post-Gazette strikers.
