CWA District 2-13 represents Verizon employees in Delaware, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Virginia and Washington, DC. After an historic, 45-day strike with nearly 40,000 Verizon workers in 2016, CWA members achieved our major collective bargaining goals. An additional agreement was ratified in 2022 to extend that contract to August 1, 2026. When we fight, we win!

June 2022 Bargaining Round-Up

A tentative agreement was reached with AT&T Mobility for Orange Contract members, as well as a TA with LifePath in PA! AFT, Red Cross, Comcast Corliss, DirecTV (Orange) and Verizon negotiations continue. PIW hospital workers mobilized for a fair contract.

April 2022 Bargaining Round-Up

Negotiations with the American Red Cross and LifePath continued this month, as Comcast Corliss bargaining opened. Joint Bargaining Committees extended the AT&T Mobility Orange and Thryv contracts while negotiations continue, and CWA announced early bargaining with Verizon.
